Welcome to Grugo24! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grugo24 platform, services, and applications (the “Service”) provided by GRUGO24 LTD, a registered company in the United Kingdom (Company No. 16094050).
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You must be at least 18 years old to use Grugo24.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any part of these Terms.
2. Plans and Subscriptions
Grugo24 offers the following subscription plans:
- Startup Plan: $99/month or $990/year
- Corporate Plan: $149/month or $1,490/year
- Enterprise Plus Plan: $249/month or $2,490/year
Each plan includes a specific user limit and storage quota. All plans include unlimited client and project management.
Custom plans may be offered upon request for companies needing more than the Enterprise Plus limits. Custom plans are not available below the Startup Plan threshold.
3. Payments and Billing
All payments are made in USD. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees on a monthly or annual basis based on your selected plan. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the billing date.
Refunds are not provided for partial use or unused time.
4. Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are liable for all activities under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@grugo24.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software associated with Grugo24 are the property of GRUGO24 LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate laws or regulations
Transmit malicious code or spam
Infringe upon the rights of others
Access or attempt to access unauthorized areas of the system
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts found in violation.
7. Service Availability
While we strive to ensure high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or disruptions caused by external events or third parties.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. We reserve the right to terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
GRUGO24 LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
